Return Policy

• Rescheduling, Cancellations and No-shows:
To ensure highest quality services, we require 24 hour cancellation notice for all services/treatments.
We reserve the right to charge 50% for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and full charge for no-shows.

• Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10min. prior to scheduled time.
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that we may start the treatment on time.

• Prices: All Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Walk-Ins: We accept walk-ins according to our appointment schedules,
• Courtesy: To ensure highest quality service and environment, please low your voices and cell phones.
• Gratuities and Taxes.
All service/treatment do not include gratuities and taxes.
Upon completion of service/treatment provided, client may leave gratuities for the specific employee.
Recommended gratuities are 15-20% of the service/treatment

• Return & exchange policy
You can return and exchange only unopened/unused items within one week of purchase. If the standard meets we will full refund or exchanged the product.
If you are not satisfied with the services please let us know within one week of the service provided date and make an appointment for corrections. We absolutely not refund for the services. We do our best to meet your satisfaction and give us feedback. Thank you

• Scheduling
We strongly recommend all our customers to book an appointment for next service/treatment prior to leaving our spa. We do our best to accommodate walk-in clients, but for a guaranteed appointment, please book in advance.

• We provide a membership card to every customer. The card earns 3% of total dollars spent (tax and tips are not included) for redeeming in the future. Points are redeemable towards service ONLY (in 10 units).
Please present your membership card to our staffs after the service.
